About BZ...
Brady Willenbrink “BZ” was born and raised in Cincinnati Ohio. A Midwest kid with manners, style, and an unmatched work ethic.
Starting out heavy in the street drifting scene, as his skills and car development grew, so did his dreams of being in competitive motorsports. Armed with passion and ambition, he built his turbo e30 to the highest level he could, packed up his life and moved to Southern California in 2019 to pursue that dream.
Wasting no time, Brady hit the ground running and became one of the main local drivers in the SoCal drifting community and extremely well known in the BMW/e30 scene with his turbo widebody e30.
Being proactive in the motorsports community, Brady’s efforts have given him the opportunity to develop long lasting partnerships with companies who also have that burning passion to reach their goals and take these dreams further than we ever imagined.
Goals for 2022
The Primary focus for 22’ is competing to win my FD pro spec license. In order to do so, I'll be putting some serious ground work in that has its own list of goals.
In order to be competitive, I will be on track as much as possible, attending as many local track events/shows as I can and driving consistently. 2021 season I was piloting a 600whp turbo e30. Due to an unfortunate event the e30 is now totaled and we will have to recoup/rebuild to keep the program moving forward. To do this we are now building 2 cars for this season. A 6-800whp turbo e46m3 comp car and a S54 widebody e30 "party car". This will be a documented series called “musical motors” and will include all the details of each build separated into episodes.
These details will include which components are being installed on the new builds and why, the functionality behind them and how it effects the cars performance. I will include video of installation, driving/testing components and what is required to maintain them. Ill be including the daily struggles and accomplishments that come with building a proper car as well as what it really takes to compete in Pro am and fight for your Pro spec license.
Following these builds, will be a full prep breakdown for Lonestar Drift Week 6. This includes what additional features will be added to the car to accommodate a road trip/track heavy adventure, as well proper car set up, and what tools/supplies are necessary for the wild adventure that Drift Week is.
